           The following paper presents information regarding the fundamentals of Dublin Core (D.C.) and Machine Readable Cataloging (M.A.R.C.) metadata (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  In Section I. of this paper on D.C. and M.A.R.C. metadata, I present D.C. metadata as: Table/Figure 1. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I chose to apply D.C. metadata to: The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Lama, H. H. t. D., Cutler, 1998).  The D.C. metadata presented in Table/Figure 1., was selected by me, from the basic set of 15 D.C. elements (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Dublin Core, n. d.).

     In Section II., I explain how I chose to apply basic D.C. metadata to one of my favorite books, The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Dublin Core, n. d.; Lama, H. H. t. D., Cutler, 1998). In addition, I explain in detail, how and why I chose to utilize the specific D.C. metadata (from the basic metadata element set), that I did (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Dublin Core, n. d.).   The inclusion of all D.C. elements, when creating a D.C. metadata record, is not required (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). However, when more metadata information is available, regarding any particular library item, it is easier to locate that particular item in a library collection that is available online (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

         I conclude my discussion on D.C. and M.A.R.C. metadata in Section III.  In Section III., I provide an over-view on D.C. and M.A.R.C. metadata, by providing a: pithy, interesting, and fundamental history, of both D.C. and M.A.R.C. metadata (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  In addition, I provide a superficial, yet applicable, comparison of the two metadata record creating and maintaining formats. Finally, I close with the assertion, that: it is not possible to create a perfect metadata record (Bade, 2009; B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

Section II.          

     

         I included the element of creator. The creators of this book are identified on the hardback copy that I have owned, for many years, and that I have read several times, as both: His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Dr. Howard C. Cutler (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

Although, The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living, was authored by both H. H. the Dalai Lama and Dr. Howard D. Cutler, it would not have been possible for this book to have been written, without  the contributions, both paraphrases and direct quotes, provided by H. H. the Dalai Lama (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  For the previously reason mentioned, I chose to identify H.H. the Dalai Lama, as a contributor to the book: The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living, as well (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

      I included the element of coverage (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  The book is really very modern (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  It is set in the 20^th century (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  The advice is all very practical and in line with 20^th century values and practices (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). I included the element of date (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  The book was published in 1998 (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  It is an important piece of identifying information (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

Someone may query the book by date (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

            I included the element of format.  I listed the above mentioned item as a 5”x6” book.  I checked the Dublin Core resources and found that I could have included the book as “text,” as well (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  However, I did not feel as though “text” fully described the format (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  The description as a 5”x6” book, was much more specific, according the definitions of both: text (English: U.S. Definition) and book (English: World Definition), provided by Oxford Dictionary online (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Text, n. d.; Book, n. d.).  I included the element of title (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). The book has a rather long and unique title (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  It would not make sense to include all the other elements and then exclude the title unless the title was not available.  In this case the title was readily available (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

        I included the element of language.  The data refers to a book that was written in English (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  The use of a controlled vocabulary is suggested for language in the Dublin Core (D.C.) guidelines (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). However, D.C. entries vary depending on the individual who enters the data.  D.C. has a flexible format (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). Therefore, D.C. can accommodate the use of the word “English” as the value of choice for the language element (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

      I included the element of publisher (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  The publisher of this book was Riverbead Books (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

I Googled Riverbead but I was unable to locate any information on Riverbead Books.  They must be a small independent publisher (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I think that someone who knew did not how uncommon Riverbead Books are, may need the category of publisher, in order to search for the book by publisher (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). Therefore, it is important to include the element of publisher (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

       I included the element of subject (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

 I tried to choose as many categories as would apply for subject (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I used several keywords (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  Once again a controlled vocabulary was recommended by the D.C. guidelines; however, I choose to use the key words that I thought best expressed the subject matter of the book (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I included H.H. the Dalai Lama as one of the key words because people who are interested in H.H. the Dalai Lama, may wish to read this book simply because he contributed (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

  

      I included the element of type (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

 For the element of type I choose text (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I had a difficult time discerning between the type element and the format element (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I used a controlled vocabulary for the type (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I choose one out of ten Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (D.C.M.I.) types (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Dublin Core Metadata Initiative, n. d.).  Text seemed best suited to describe the element of type (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

      I included the element of description (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

  I decided to write a very brief summary of the book for the element of description.  I could have also posted the table of contents, or an abstract, but that would not have been original metadata (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I also included the element of rights.  The rights elements pertain to intellectual property right (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). The book is copyrighted (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

        Finally, I included that element of identifier (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  For the identifier I choose to include the International Standard Book Number (I.S.B.N.) number (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; International Standard Book Number, n. d.).  The I.S.B.N .number is commonly used as a means of locating a book (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  Therefore, including the I.S.B.N. number is quite helpful for many individuals searching for a specific piece of data (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

    

      I included only the elements, which I deemed as relevant, in the evaluation of the data selected (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). I choose to exclude both: source and relation (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). The source of the material was original (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  Therefore, I did not need to include the element of source (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  The material was not related to any other material; therefore, I did not need to include the element of relation either (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  However, it is important to include as many elements as possible so that the data record is as complete as possible (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  A more complete data set of information, regarding the characteristics which apply to the book, makes it easier for the book to be located (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

Section B.

              There are many different metadata schemes (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).  The term “metadata” came into use in the late 1960’s (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).  The term originated with Jack E. Myers (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005). 

        The term metadata means data that is about other data (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).  I will be comparing M.A.R.C. metadata to Dublin Core (D.C.) metadata and discussing the benefits and drawbacks of each method (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). I will then look to the future of metadata with a brief discussion of folksonomies (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I will conclude with the affirmation that there is no such record as the perfect record (Bade, 2009; B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I will begin the discussion with M.A.R.C. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

        The Library of Congress (L.O.C.) shares its bibliographic records with other libraries all over the world through the exchange of M.A.R.C. (Machine Readable Cataloging) records (B. Cary, personal communication; August 5, 2010; Smiraglia, 2005).  M.A.R.C. was on the cutting edge when it was first introduced in the 1960’s.  M.A.R.C. offered more flexibility with the encoding of metadata than its predecessors (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Jourdrey, 2009, p.134).

          A M.A.R.C. record is the result of data which is collected according to the Anglo American Cataloging Rules: Second Edition (A.A.C.R. 2) standards then marked up (A.A.C.R. 2, n. d.; B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Smiraglia, 2005).  M.A.R.C. consists of tags which are added to fields and subfields (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Smiraglia, 2005).  The M.A.R.C. tags tell the computer what information to display in the fields and subfields (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Smiraglia, 2005). The bibliographic records which have been coded in the M.A.R.C. format are then saved and added to the libraries catalog collection (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Jourdrey, 2009, p. 129). 

            

          Dublin Core (D.C.) is just another one of many metadata schemes in operation today (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).  D.C. was created in 1994 by Stuart Weibel (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).  D.C. is maintained by the Dublin Metadata Initiative (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).

      

             D.C. is often referred to as an electronic card catalog (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Baker, 2000).  D.C. was designed with a flexible interoperable data sharing scheme (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).  D.C. has, what is referred to as, a “flat” design which is relatively simple compared to other metadata schemes (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005). 

        D.C. maintains a simple design by relying of 15 core elements to describe data (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).  Therefore, the D.C. scheme is designed to work with many other metadata schemes from many different fields of study (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).  D.C. is designed to work with both digital and physical formats (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Understanding Metadata and Metadata Schemes, 2005).

        

       It is believed that interoperability between metadata languages such as D.C. can be improved through the use of a controlled vocabulary (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Tennis, 2003).  Controlled vocabularies take away much of the flexibility which is known to accompany D.C. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010). However, controlled vocabularies do improve the interoperability between various metadata languages (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

.         

         D.C. elements vary depending on which data is being evaluated and on who is evaluating the data (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Coleman, 2005).  No D.C. element is required ((B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Baker, 2000).  This means that some D.C. elements can be excluded (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Coleman, 2005).  D.C. elements may be repeated (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Baker, 2000).  Finally, D.C. elements can be refined with the addition of qualifiers (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Coleman, 2005).

         M.A.R.C. standard language has 999 tags as compared to the 15 core D.C. elements ((B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Coleman, 2005).  It is much easier to be much more specific with M.A.R.C. through the application of the 999 tags (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Coleman, 2005).  The plethora of tags also makes M.A.R.C. a much more complicated metadata scheme (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  D.C. is much simpler, with only 15 elements; it is much easier to apply (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

      When comparing the D.C. record that I created, to the L.O.C.  M.A.R.C. record that I located online, I found that while my D.C. record was relatively easy to complete, it did not contain as much essential information as the L.O.C. M.A.R.C. metadata record (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Cutler/L.O.C., 1998).  I too wondered about the interoperability of a record which was filled out so freely (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

I felt empowered by the ability to construct the metadata record; however, I prefer a more standardized form like M.A.R.C. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  I do not support the idea of replacing M.A.R.C. with D.C. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

      The idea of replacing M.A.R.C. with D.C. is a widely debated topic (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).  D.C. is touted as being more affordable, and therefore a viable option to replace M.A.R.C. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).  However, librarians are quite comfortable working with M.A.R.C. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).  M.A.R.C. has transformed and adapted to the internet environment through the introduction of new tags (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).  Due to its ability to metamorphose and meet modern metadata challenges it is argued by some that M.A.R.C. can hold its ground and, therefore, does not need to be replaced by D.C. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).  However, the possibilities for D.C. are great (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

        Internet documents tend to contain D.C. metadata (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).  D.C. metadata, then, can be utilized by search engines during their search and retrieval process (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).    The utilization of D.C. by search engines could fundamentally change the search process (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  If D.C. were utilized by search engines information that was more specific to a particular search would be located (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).

           The question then is: to what extent should D.C. be incorporated into the library records (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010)?  The inclusion of D.C. in library records will greatly improve the libraries search and retrieval process (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).  M.A.R.C. and D.C. will exist and work side by side.  It is predicted by many that M.A.R.C. records will continue to be used by the library because they are both familiar and have worked well in the past (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Mederios, 1999).

         What does the future hold for metadata and information organization (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010)?  Metadata created by humans is ubiquitous on the web (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Metadata Generation: Process, People, and Tools, 2003).  Individuals attach tags which specify key words and descriptions (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Greenberg, Metadata Generation: Process, People, and Tools, 2003). This process has a name—folksonomy (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

      Folksonomy is one of the latest and one of the biggest ideas in the organization of information (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  Folksonomy is the act of working with others to tag data with key words and descriptions (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Marliese Thomas, 2009).  The work of tagging is done by ordinary individuals as opposed to experts (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

Marliese Thomas, 2009).  The words used to tag the data are not from a controlled vocabulary (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Marliese Thomas, 2009).

           

       Folksonomy was introduced to the general public in 2003 through the website delicious ((B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Marliese Thomas, 2009).  Then in 2004 flickr utilized tagging as a way for organizing photos (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010; Wichowski, 2009).  Folksonomies may be the future of metadata (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  They reach beyond the rigid rules of M.A.R.C. and past what was once seen as the flexible scheme of D.C. (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  There are no controlled vocabularies to refer to(B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  There is no expert to guide the classification (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  It is all up to the ordinary individual (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

       In conclusion there is no perfect record (Bade, 2009; B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  Catalogers do their best to note information in the most precise and accurate way possible (Bade, 2009; B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  There is a sincere effort on the part of catalogers to save data in a way that is easily retrievable and understandable (Bade, 2009; B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  The metadata evolution will continue (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).  New means of organizing and storing metadata will continue to emerge just as the old ways will evolve or become obsolete (B. Cary, personal communication, August 5, 2010).

To Whom It May Concern:

      Last night, at Flagler Beach, just 15 minutes walking distance, outside of the city of: West Palm Beach, FL, was one of the most uncomfortable evenings, that I have ever had in the United States. I was over heated, and tried hard to sit in the shade, of a tropical beach foliage. However, the Palm County yard maintenance, having some hard feelings against me, and derived from where, I have no idea-turned sprinklers on, in the middle of the day, to spray myself, my legal files, and my computer, and cellphones. I was quite frustrated, and sat in too much direct sun,for the remainder of the day.

     I am afraid of: "City," hired, yard maintenance groups-just early this week, I had problems with Africans running a lawn mower, at the edge of a shopping center, chasing after me, with the lawn mower-while I tried to walk as quickly as possible away. The lawn mower, is not the only threatening lawn maintenance used by city employees. I have open acne sores, over most of my face, and in several other places on my body, very often, yard teams, try to blow: dust, dirt, and leaves all over me-where ever, I am sitting-instead of warning me, and asking me to please move. City yard maintenance teams, are aggressive with their lawn equipment, every where I go, it does not seem to be of particular concern, what race or religion, then individual using the City equipment is.

        Because the lawn mover driver-an African, actually chased after me, with the lawn mower, earlier this week, when he was just supposed to be cutting the grass-I have become more careful and pre-cautious, around city employees, any where in the US, who are supposed to be, improving the aesthetics, of any given landscape. I am making more videos, taking more photos, and capturing more sound bytes, to support my: judgements, assertions, and legal complaints. I am soo busy, and over worked, with no family, no friends, no money, no lawyer, no employment, no housing, etc,-that I am falling a little behind, in placing new evidence collected online. No one is helping me though. I am doing the best that I can, all on my own, in an extremely hostile environment.

      However, there are a few exceptions, when, for unknown reasons-suddenly, some one-usually an unknown stranger, cares enough about me, to help me in ways, that I cannot help myself. Last night, the police, who drive up and down Flager beach, began to harass me soo much, that I had to walk back, from Flager Beach, to downtown West Palm Beach, FL. I am exhausted. The police were trying to arrest me-again, and for no reason-again. Police in the US, arrest me, for absolutely no reason, and then they try to kill me, in private, when they have me in custody, adn my Miranda Rights have been illegally denied. I have many permanent injuries, from an attempt on my life, with a car, by: Sara Amanda Cole, in 2013-that has had no legal resolution, although I have tried repeatedly. Police in the US-try to beat me to death-I end up seriously injured, and requiring a wheelchair-again.

      Last night, police at Flagler Beach, FL, wanted to arrest me, for borrowing a shopping cart, that someone left outside of the public library in West Palm Beach, FL. The officer was trying to argue, that I had stolen the shopping cart, and therefore, I must have other stolen items on me, and therefore, he needed to arrest me, in order to go through all of my belongings. I had to walk back from Flagler Beach, in the middle of the night. The shopping cart was borrowed, and has been returned to the front of the public library. My suitcases are always breaking, and falling apart. I am in soo much pain, from the permanent physical injuries, that I wake up in tears, in the middle of the night some times. I borrow shopping carts I find all of the time, all over the US, and no police officer, has ever threatened to arrest me for it. I think it is not even a misdemeanor offense, to borrow a shopping cart, that you find on the side of the road.

      I was angry at  the police at Flagler Beach. I called 911, to complain to the local rescue team, about their beach police, before I left to cross the bridge, back to downtown West Palm Beach, FL. On the way back to down town West Palm Beach, FL: kids through a cup of ice at me, people walked past me and threatened me, there was tons of Crack cigarette smoke in my face, as I walked past others-who were going nowhere, I was followed from the beach by a stalker-who threatened me, and dared me to try to sleep, with him always two steps away  from me, and, I had no idea-who the man even was? As I began to feel too run down, and out of all energy to defend myself, at the point where I began complaining-again, about how I need: a weapon with a silencer, diplomatic immunity, and a license to kill, an angel showed up, to watch over me-Thank You-whoever you are.

       A man, who looked to be Norwegian to me, who could have been, from anywhere in that general area of Europe, was body gaurd to me last night, so I could sleep a little bit. I sat at a bus stop, next to Publix grocery.  The man was a personal body gaurd to me, for one very long night. The individual-who appeared to be Secret Service, walked small circles around me, and the block I was sitting on, for maybe 6 hours, so that I could sleep safely, without fears, of stalkers, or crazy haters-who I do not even know, attacking me, or even arresting me, as I slept. The body pain last night, like every night, as I slept sitting up, was becoming unbearable, and I did not have the strength, or the energy, to return the shopping cart, all the way, back to the downtown, West Palm Beach Public Library-at that time. I was sitting next to Publix, to purchase some food, for the next couple of days, with the only money I usually have access to-food stamps. Thank God, someone cares about me. Who are you?

      I am in pain again today. However-a miracle, I was allowed into the downtown public library in West palm Beach, FL-again, in order to work: law school application, PhD homework, communications re: my applications for political asylum in in Europe, an still looking for legal: counsel and representation, for my numerous legal problems, that I am not able to negotiate, to resolve on my own-yet. Additionally, I am still seeking employment. I am competent, and hard working. I am reliable. I go the extra mile. I am as honest as I can possibly be. I try to cross all of my t's and dor every last i. I almost never: lie, or cut corners. I understand the importance, of continuous high: quality and quantity. I show-up. I do not give up. I care. I try. Then I try again-until, I succeed. Dear Ms. Miller,

 

    I am well aware of the fact, that it has been some time, since my last participation in class. I have sent you several emails requesting communications, regarding a replacement of professor. I will attempt to re-submit my last two assignments for the last class, for final grading today. However, I continue to argue, that it is entirely unfair to me, that NCU, and you, are inssisting that I proceed with my course, with an instructor, who is refusing to grade me fairly. I post all of my homework assignments, for NCU, and for any other higher institution of learning online, for full transparency.

 

     I am continuing to receive complaints from you personally, regarding a lack of attendance in class, and, incomplete homework. However, as a hardworking, and competent student, I think that it is too unfair, that you are not responding to my continued requests, for a replacement, for the: "John," professor, who was assigned to me. He-"John," did not grade my classwork fairly. 

 

        I am more than reluctant, to submit any additional assignments, to that particular individual. I have requested, over and over again, that: "John," be replaced, with a professor, who does not have a basis against me. It is unfair to me, to have to work soo hard, and then to not receive that higher grade that I have earned. Then, it is also unfair to me, that I complain about the situation, to yourself, and to others at NCU, over and over again, and no in the entire university, has responded to my complaints about: "John,"in earnst-just about my lack of attendance in class.

 

     Additionally, HigherOne Bank, that holds my student loans, has has my student bank account, in a: -99,000.00 USD frozen account state, for over a year. I have attempted to explain to HigherOne, too many times, that I must have access, to my student loan money, in order to pay for costs, closely associated with my attendance and studies, at NCU. HigherOne Bank-although they know who I am, when I contact them, are not interested, in allowing me any access, to my student financial aid, or, to my HigherOne Bank account in general. I have complained about the situation, to representatives, at the bank too often, and they in turn, have offered to close my student bank account, and to send all my money in a check, to an address, when I do not live. My arguments with HigherOne, regarding access to my student bank account, has become a highly litigious issue for me.

 

     Once I begin the next class with NCU, I will qualify for US Student Financial Aid-again. However, HigherOne, is refusing me access, to my student financial aid. I must have my student financial aid, in order to pay with some of the costs, related to my studies. HigherOne Bank of New haven , CT, is not concerned with me having access to money in my ban account, even though, they understand, that the money is specifically allocated, for studying, and related costs to my education only-because it is student financial Federal aid. I cannot begin the next class with NCU, until something else can be done, about NCU. I am, at present, seeking a lawyer to represent my case, against HigherOne Bank. I have money in my HigherOne Bank account, and I am expecting money in my HigherOne bank account, and I cannot access any of it, although, it is being held, is a liquid state.

 

          I will try to turn both completed homework assignments into you today-although, it is Friday, and the library closes early today, where I am diligently working, on my homework for NCU, along with other pressing matters, that require my: computer, and email, etc.  If I do not receive an email back from your offices, or from some other relevant offices at NCU-today, regarding-again, my request for a new professor, then, I will call NCU, this next coming Monday morning to see, if I am need to file a formal grievance, with the Dean office, at NCU, in order to have my current professor: "John"-successfully replaced.

 

     Thank you so very much, for your continued patience, and assistance. I am  now located-for only a brief while, in West Palm Beach, FL. Thank you again.       My name is Bayo "Mumbai" Elizabeth Cary, AA, BA, MLIS. I have been told, that I was born in India, and then moved to the US, where I was adopted by a family, that is distantly related to: Princes William and Harry of the UK. The situation  in the US, has been unbearable for me, for quite some time. I have been severely abused-to the point of torture, by my adopted family. I have complained ad nauseaum, to the: US government, and all of the accoutrements-and with no results. I have no family or friends in the S, due to the current political state of the US. I have attempted several times, to plead for political asylum-which I honestly do need-in Europe, and individuals who process those requests, have pretended, over and over again, like there are no problems for me, in the US, although, I have proven just the opposite, with a compelling amount of evidence, in quality and quantity, in my favor.

 

        I was most recently returned from Norway, with a pile of legal paperwork, that was never translated by a lawyer for me. Immigration police in Norway, and UDi-the Norwegian government, promised me, that I would be able to able their decision, with a conversation with a lawyer. I needed a lawyer, to process an appeal through UNE, and then, on the day that I was to see, my lawyer-I made an appointment myself with a legal aid attorney, because UDi, provided me with an attorney, who refused to advocate for me, and who illegally filed paperwork, that he was aware, I was in no way in agreement with. I explained to Norwegian immigration police, too many times, that deporting me-on the day of, and before I had the opportunity to speak in earnest with a lawyer, adn the first lawyer that I would be able to talk to, along with a stack of legal documents, that are all in Norwegian, that have not been translated in to English, would not bode well for them, and they could care less.

 

          When I was returned to the US, that situation here, was once again, more dangerous than ever before-for me. My life is in immediate danger-every minute, of every day. Today, lawn maintenance, at the beach-blowing sand off the side walk, etc.-were too aggressive with the equipment, and I had to call 911, over and over again, for some sort of protections, first, from the city itself, and then from some volunteer group-a local business, who decided that the city of West Palm Beach, FL-had not done a well enough job, trying to harass, and to scare me-themself. I have already contacted the Russian Embassy, in Washington, DC, in regards to finally submitting, and application for temporary political asylum, through them, and through Moscow. I hope to have money to fly to Washington, DC-soon.

 

      I need to know who my family are in India-if at all possible. I am subject to too much: scrutiny, and injustice, which is related not only to my: political stance, my religion, my sexual orientation, my culture, etc.-it is also directed towards me, because of a strong hatred, that too Americans have towards Princess Diana. Can I please come by the Indian Embassy to visit with the Ambassador, and some time soon? I have no family in the US, my adopted family has disowned me, I have only my three children, who desperately require political asylum-as well. Thank you! I will look for your prompt reply by email.         I have returned to the United States. New York City was too dangerous, for me to walk around, and, I was not allowed into the public library there. It was not one minute, that I stepped off of the bus, from the airport, that I had already to worry, about people intentionally running into me, as I attempted to walk down the street. I was bumped into several times, then I worried, that someone would continue to knock into me, far too hard. Along with my serious permanent injuries to my back and ankles, I have also to be concerned about both of my wrists. Another hard hit, from any person passing by me in New York, might have landedme in another wheelchair, for another 6 months.

 

        I made arrangements from Newark Airport in New Jersey, to fly to MIA-the Miami airport, and then to transfer to a flight, at MIA, to a n American Airline flight to Cozumel, Mexico. I made housing arrangements in Cozumel, MX, for the entire month of July, 2016. I have almost no money, all of the time. The US government, has refused me all employment, since 2008. I have been illegally: "Blacklisted." Without employment, I cannot afford anything I need, almost all of the time. My life is in danger, in the US, because the US refuses to hire me, and therefore, I am subject to all of the dangers, of not just homelessness, also all of the dangers of not being able to afford, anything I need most of the time-including, and not limited to: clothing, shoes, food, housing, medicine, household supplies, cellphone, WiFi, transportation, etc.

 

       I have complained for a number of years, in regards to my current situation, and nothing has been done, by anyone, in order to assist me-in fact it has been just the opposite, my situation has only grown worse. My friends and family, have completely abandoned me. I can no longer have a US  bank account. My bank accounts, have been illegally overdrawn, by the bank itself, for a number of years. I am no longer willing to try banking within, or with, the US, anymore. I currently have, a bank account attached to my PhD studies program, that have been negative, by: -99,000.00, for over a year now, and it is completely frozen. higherOne bank, is not willing to assist me with the account at all, and I have money in the account, that I cannot access, and, it is my student financial aid, active bank account, which receives my student financial aid-intended to assist me, with costs, related to my PhD, doctoral studies program.

 

        Additionally, it is too stressful for me, being ostracized, by my family and friends in the US. I understand, that normally, people believe, that the US, is a wonderful and function country, however, for my particular case, the United States, is a complete nightmare. I have been homeless, in the US, and with almost no assistance from anyone, for over 6 years. My family and friends, want nothing to do with me. My adopted mom, Susan Elizabeth Cary, Esq., has stolen all of my belongings,a nd she pretends, that I have sold them to her, at a fair price. My adopted mom, is verbally abusive towards me as well, she is constantly telling me, that I have no family-although she is in contact with my three children. Susan Cary tells me, that she, and my children, want nothing to do with me. When I ask my 3 children about this, they tell me, just the opposite.

 

        For almost 10 years now, I spend every: birthday, Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, Thanksgiving Day-alone. I receive almost no phone calls, and no gifts to celebrate, any of my achievements-mostly academic-not from anyone anywhere. I spend most days alone, or working very hard, for no pay, or trying to meet people, and trying to make friends, and, no one in the US is interested in me at all. People here, do not even ant to say hello to me, or to speak to me at all. Usually, people walk past me, as if I did not exist. At other times, people go out of their way, to walk up to me, to spit at me, or to say something devestating to me, about how much they dislike me, and I have no idea, who these people are!

 

         American Airlines airport staff in Miami, illegally, cancelled my plane ticket from MIA, to Cozumel, MX. When I complained to the in staff airport representatives working for American Airlines, one man, threatened to send me to Las Angeles, CA, for complaining too much, about the canceled ticket. African security at MIA, chased me out of the airport, after my plane ticket was cancelled. I bought a train ticket to West Palm Beach, FL, where my adopted mom, has a home office-The Public Defenders Office. My adopted mom, has friends in the area, who I have stayed with before. It is beginning to pour down rain, as though a hurricane were approaching, and I am calling my adopted mom, and sending my adopted mom text messages, asking her, is she could please assist me some temporary housing, until American Airlines, decides to refund my airplane ticket cost. I could only afford housing in Mexico, until the 31st, of July, 2016, because, housing in Mexico, that I arranged, was only: 10.00 USD-per night. American Airlines, could care less, that I am left homeless in West Palm Beach, FL, where I have no family, friends, or other support, while I wait impatiently, for them to refund, my plane ticket, that was illegally cancelled, by their African staff, at MIA, in Miami.

 

         I am frustrated by my circumstances in the US, that have in no way improved, since I returned from Norway. I still have nothing I need, almost all of the time, and nowhere to turn, for any of my legal issues-which I now have, in: the US, France, the UK, and Norway. My circumstances continue to become, more and more difficult, and no real assistance is being offered-not from anyone anywhere, that I have spoken to, thus far. I am in the process of trying to prepare for a flight to Washington, DC. I am making arrangements to meet with: Consulate/Embassador, at the Russian Embassy, to request: political asylum. It was illegal, that my previous attempts at application for political asylum in Europe, were turned down. I have met the burden of proof. My life is in danger in the US. I do not have access to financial resources, or otherwise, in order to provide for myself, or, to take adequate care of myself, and, that is not fair to me, I am a well educated, and competent adult-who could, if I had access to at least financial resources, care for myself. My situation, in the US, is soo bad, that it would not matter at this point-even if I did have money, I would not be allowed access, to the many fundamental resources, which are necessary, to thrive, in any society, anywhere, including, and not limited to: housing, banking, transportation, employment, medical treatment, medications, etc.

 

         I have tried, on many occasions, to deal my legal issues, right here in the US. Law enforcement, and the legal system, in the US-they do not respond to me.  Lawyers do not want to represent me, although I have valid cases. I have tried to file cases myself. Some courthouses, are soo difficult, that I cannot even get past the front door. While other courthouses, have assisted me with filing cases. However, the Sheriffs Department, refuses to serve my cases, and judges, refuse to hear my cases in the US. The ruling, regarding the cases, that I have filed in the US, has been dismissed, and without prejudice. A dismissal without prejudice, means that the complaint is valid, however, the judge who read the complaint, is not willing to hear the case, therefore, the dismissal without prejudice, gives me permission, to bring the case up again, in a different courtroom-even in another country: International Human Rights Court. 

 

          When I enter into courthouses in the US, many of my belongings are often stolen, as I check through the mandatory security, and, US security at US courthouses, cut up my brief cases, almost every time I enter the building, in addition to, chasing me out of the courthouse, after I have only been accessing resources, for an hour or so. I was accepted full scholarship to law school in the US, and chose not to attend, I already owe too much, in US student loans, and the US government will not allow anyone to hire me, and, the US law enforcement system, is so disrespectful towards me, because of my ongoing concerns, regarding, international violations: civil and human rights, that I cannot even access, the US courthouse itself-more less, the overall, US court system. In the US, people testify, and lie on record all of the time-what the legal system traditionally defines as: "perjury," and most of the judges, that I have encountered in the US, are of such low: morals and ethics, that they do not care at all, if a witness in a hearing, or in court, is not telling the truth-even if there is hard copy evidence, to the very contrary!

 

        I am constantly running out of financial resources, and out of energy. I make calls, and end up spending almost all of my pithy supply of money, on cellphones, and international calls. I receive, almost no personal emails, in response, to my constant outreach to others, both, in the US, and abroad, for emergency assistance, in regards to my application for political asylum, in Europe.  I am homeless, in such difficult situations in the US-bad weather, etc., that my clothing, shoes, and suitcases, must constantly be replace, and this is extremely expensive for me-every time I travel, and over, and over again, in the interim, while I am being illegally detained within the US, as a: political prisoner and hostage. I am growing older, I have worked hard, at my academics all of my life, and because of my adopted family, and their continuing dislike for me, I own nothing, I am not allowed to communicate with my 3 children-although I have sole custody paperwork, from the child custody court, in Tallahassee, FL, and I have no friends, because my adopted family, is always sharing their unfair, and extremely negative opinions of me, with anyone, who would be a friend to me.

 

        I am not afraid to ask for help, when I have needs. And, I am incredibly bright, not only do I ask the correct people, and not only do I ask for exactly what I need, I also request assistance, for any given issue, in a timely manner. The problem is that no one is responding to any of my requests for help, within the US. Law enforcement in the US, refuses often times, to even write a complaint, when I have been assaulted. I already have permanent injuries to my: back, ankles, and wrists, from being run over by a car, in 2013.  Then, after 2013, I was repeatedly assaulted, by a number of various individuals, and I complained every time. No lawyer anywhere in the US, would even speak to me, about the assaults, and, law enforcement US, at every level: police, Sheriffs Department, State Troopers, FBI, and CIA-all refused to help me, or, to keep me, safe, from future attacks. Walking down the street, for me, and sleeping outside all night, on the very edge of the sidewalk-when I know for a fact, that there are people, who are traveling both through, and within the US, who are trying to kill, is absolutely terrifying. I wake in the morning, with my most valuable belongings missing, because people attack me, and threaten me, and rummage through my belongings, to steal from me, while I am homeless, and asleep on the pavement, and there is nothing, that anyone in the US, is willing to do about the situation.

 

          I hired legal aid, in Orlando, FL, to assist me, some pressing legal matters, that I could not handle on my own at all. Legal aid, in Orlando, FL, did absolutely nothing for me. I agreed to give them two of my cases, because I need help that badly, and I have no money right now, to hire a private lawyer. Social Security US, is supposed to give me, a predetermined amount of money, every month, to help with costs, associated, to my permanent physical disabilities. Social Security US, is incredibly dishonest, they cut my check over and over again-pretending that I owe them money, that I never received. I explained the situation, to the local offices, in: Orlando, and in Gainesville, FL, too many times, and then I had hoped, that the legal aid office of Orlando, FL, would be able to make some progress, however, that has not been the case. The legal aid office, in Orlando, FL-which is supposed to be free, is requesting that I provide them with a: 200.00 dollar retainer, so they can afford to obtain legal records, which I have already allowed them to copy. The legal aid office, in Gainesville, FL: Three Rivers Legal Services-are the exact same way-they do not actually help, in many cases, they make the situation worse, it is as though, they were prosecutors, hired by the State, to punish anyone, who files a genuine complaint. At this point, I am more than a little reluctant to contact the legal aid office, here in West Palm Beach, FL.

 

      I have more problems, that are legal, than I know what to do with, and I have not been able to discover any legal representation anywhere, who are willing to even listen to, my laundry list, of complaints. While I am being ignored by US government, and private industry, I continue to suffer too much on the side of the road. My life continues to be in immediate danger. I can barely cross the street, in the US. Cars speed by, and make illegal turns, left and right-in front of me-speeding, and barely missing me, almost every time. It does not matter, that I am crossing the street, on a walk signal. It does not matter, that I am on the sidewalk, and not sitting in the street, or on the edge of the curb. Some of the African bus drivers, in: West Palm Beach, FL, take the huge city bus, over the curb, to scare me to death, while I am sitting, or sleeping, on the very corner, and curb that they are rounding. I do believe that city buses run people over, here in West Palm Beach, FL, just as they do in other parts of the world, such as double-deckers, in London.

 

        It is not fair to me, because I am well educated enough to work a difficult and challenging desk job, and ever since Obama has been president of the US, I have had absolutely, no opportunities for anything-whatsoever. It is clearly, political, that I am: homeless, unemployed, excluded socially, not able to have safe banking, US law enforcement-and their lack of responsive to me, the court system-and the legal system in general-continuing to have complete disregard and no concern-for me-and my dangerous situation. I do believe that the US government is attempting to eliminate me. I have had several conversations, with Obama support! This is yet another email communication, requesting your immediate response, and assistance, in regards, to my application, for political asylum, in Europe. The situation in the US, is far more dangerous for me, in the US-although Obama supports International Terrorism, in the US, I am closer to the epi-center, of the destructive forces. Thank you for continuing to receive my email communications. I do sincerely pray, that someone, will respond to my desperate please for help, sometime soon. I am always rescuing myself. The feelings that I am left with, after no one anywhere has responded to any of my: constant and ceaseless voice for emergency assistance, I think is much worse, than the actual torture itself, I think it is more like the idea, that the rest of the planet, may be, a total: black hole of a vacuum, of retarded ass holes, who should have been aborted.
